Calcium is an essential mineral, important for maintenance of strong, healthy bones. However, it has not been included in the Wellwoman^® Fizz formula, as calcium is known to inhibit the absorption of iron and trace elements. Wellwoman^® Fizz has therefore been designed so that it can be used with Vitabiotics' Osteocare® tablets, liquid and fizz.
